Leave M1 at Junction 11, take exit sign-posted for Dunstable. Hospital on right hand side. Turn right at traffic lights keeping hospital on right hand side. Turn right at traffic lights. Follow road underneath bridge, straight across next set of traffic lights. At next set of traffic lights go straight across and underneath railway bridge. At roundabout, take first exit. Follow road over two roundabouts, after second roundabout take first left into Park Avenue then first right into Scott Road. Kestrel is at the top of the road, on the left, with the yellow units.
